I’ve conditioned my mind and in the process gained self-esteem, self-confidence, self-discipline and self-acceptance. The reason I say self-acceptance, is that I know I won’t have a perfect body or level of fitness, but I will definitely achieve my current and future goals.

On Monday evening, after having visited family members, my husband asked whether I felt him staring at me and I said no, why. His response was that he thought I looked great and much younger than the other ladies who, by the way, are all younger than me, have less kids than us and have only been married for a few years.

I have succeeded and failed before but this time it’s different for me, mentally.  My attitude to everything and everyone around me has changed, you have helped me to be a better person. I still have some un-resolved issues but by just accepting them, I’ll be patient enough for when the time comes.

I feel comfortable talking to you and your team, I’m so relaxed and have a sense of welcoming from the minute I walk in, to when I leave.

I don’t often weigh myself and usually judge by my clothing, but I just have to share my joy with you and your team, that after just 3 weeks I have lost 8kg!
