To all doctors and directors of The Melrose Aesthetic Centre… I recently had the pleasure of dealing with your clinic at Melrose Arch for BBL treatment. Cherie is fantastic – hands-on, professional and highly efficient. In short, a true asset to your clinic. What bowled me over however was the well-oiled and superb marketing machinery implemented and maintained by your marketing guru, Mr Hardus Bester. I first read about BBL treatment in the Woman & Home magazine. This in turn prompted me to make an appointment. I have since received a monthly newsletter and special offers via e-mail. In addition when I left a voice message query after hours my call was promptly returned by Mr Bester himself early the following morning. As a lawyer I understand that most professionals, including medical doctors, whilst working at the coal face of their various disciplines are not versed or trained in the skills and vagaries of marketing their own businesses. It is therefore so refreshing to meet and experience a marketer of Mr Bester’s ilk, without whom, may I venture to add, your business would not be what it is today. So Mr Bester, please keep up the good work. It is so refreshing and necessary in this day and age.
