My name is Modiegi Machingoane, I stay in Lotus Gardens in Pretoria-West. Before I got married in 1997 I was wearing size 34 then in 1998 I noticed that I’m gaining weight, this did not get well with me. Mine was to always to see myself in the body that I could maintain. I tried  immeidiately to follow on any diet that somebody would introduce to me, though at the end all that was in vain. I was left down and frustrated at all times, yet I could not stop eating too much.
 
Here is a peace of mind for you, it was until I saw Tselane Tambo and Dr Gordon Cohen on Metswako program I did not waste a moment  I sent an e-mail to The Melrose Aesthetic Centre they responded within 5 minutes, I made an appointment to see Dr Gordon.I had a aproblem with my weihgt because I was always tired and having headache. I was weighing 98 kg before starting with the Detox Programme.
 
This is what I said to my body, ‘You’ are going to loose a lot of weight in the short period of time with me getting on to this programme. Then I started with my diet,  to tell you the truth It has not been an easy way for me to follow through because I used to eat junk food . In two weeks I started to see the difference and that thing motivated me a lot.
 
I started with Detox Programme in May 2009 until July 2009 (3 months) . I lost 18 kg. I was wearing size 44 now I’m wearing size 36 I feel so light and energetic than before. I was at most times tempted to let loose and eat my way out. What motivated me more to stick to my guns were my friends  and my husband, they would always say, we are watching you, your meal has to be different to ours until you get to where you said you want to see your  body easily maintained.I was dark in colour but now my skin is light.
