At the Melrose Asthetic Centre we offer depigmentation treatment with Cosmelan to treat our patients skin pigmentation problems such as belishes and dark patches on the skin.

The depigmentation treatment used by us and other Aesthetic Specialists around the world involves something called Cosmelan which is a formula that blocks the melanin-producing enzyme Tyrosinase and reduces the production of melasme. This is what helps break up the melanin molecules that cause the skin pigmentation and prevents them from reforming. Our professionals use Botox treatment to combat various skin conditions such as facial wrinkles, overdeveloped jaw muscles and overactive sweat glands. CLEANSING COMPLEX
All the starter kits include a Cleansing Complex (Cleanser) – an essential component of any daily skin care routine. ACTIVE SERUM The majority of the kits include the highly popular and widely used Active Serum. PRO-HEAL Pro Heal Serum is mostly known for its healing and reparative properties and is highly effective for the treatment of Rosecea. Individuals with very sensitive, sun-damaged skin will also benefit from use of this product which contains a high concentration of antibiotic and anti-inflammatory elements. Pro Heal Serum is included in the Rosecea condition-specific product range.
